I am a biologist ( for the last 43 years) with a keen interest in wildlife photography. One of my favourite hotspots is the Carden Alvar which has recently been designate as a prov. park and it is a great place to see meadow birds that are in decline these days eg. bobolink, meadowlark, snipe, upland sandpiper.
Carden Alvar, Thickson's woods, Algonquin park, Point Pelee
Bobolink, Meadowlarks, Common Snipe, Great horned owls, migrating warblers
Nature: birdwatching, twitching, photography, butterflies, stroll, walking, hiking, car,
